Including but not limited to Beef, Poultry and Heritage Pork.

The Beef:

The cattle is bred for the quality of their beef and receive a forage diet free of pesticides as they are continually rotated to fresh new pastures. Our animals are never held in confinement, are never fed antibiotics and never receive synthetic growth hormones. The cattle is finished on the highest quality forage available. This practice insures the best quality grass fed beef possible that is consistent in its clean beef flavor and tenderness.

The Poultry:

American Pasture Poultry is unbelievable; real chicken flavor, moist and tender. If you only know conventional CAFO chickens and turkeys, you absolutely must try the flavor of these birds. These chickens & turkeys are field-grazed on pesticide-free and herbicide-free pasture. They are fed an antibiotic-free, non-GMO ration. We grind and mix the poultry feed using only non-GMO corn and soybeans. These chickens and turkeys are treated humanely their whole lives.

The Pork:

American Pasture Pork is a heritage breed of Berkshire / Red Wattle cross. These pigs are prized for juiciness, flavor and tenderness. The meat is pink-hued and heavily marbled. Its high fat content makes it suitable for long cooking and high-temperature cooking. Raised with respect on an American family farm these pigs are AWA certified for high animal welfare. They are raised on open pasture with NO antibiotics, NO added hormones and a vegetarian diet. Leading the low stress life a pig should live . . . they are never confined to CAFOs. Humane pork that you can feel good about serving your family.
