Putting Up Sweet Corn

Lulu’s Farm and the Adams County CSU Extension Office are excited to launch a series of classes on food safety and food preservation to help you maximize enjoyment of seasonal produce and the art of preserving.
Putting Up Sweet Corn: This is a hands on class showing the proper technique and safety guidelines for preserving fresh sweet corn. Attendees will leave with corn ready to safely freeze in a reusable, environmentally-friendly, airtight silicone bag, and enjoy later. Class is limited to 15 participants.

Save the date! Classes in the series are Saturday mornings beginning at 10:30 and run three hours, unless otherwise noted, and limited to 12-15 participants depending upon the class.
