Lulu’s Farm and the Adams County CSU Extension Office are excited to launch a series of classes on food safety and food preservation to help you maximize the enjoyment of seasonal produce and the art of preserving.
Preserving Chiles: This is an information-based demonstration class covering the various varieties of chiles and what each variety is best for, as well as best practices and safety guidelines for preserving them.

Save the date! Classes in the series are Saturday mornings beginning at 10:30 and run three hours, unless otherwise noted, and limited to 12-15 participants depending upon the class.
