Jam Making: You will never want store bought jam again after learning how easy it is to make your own classic jam. This hands-on workshop covers making jam using research-based recipes, food safety guidelines and best practices, and the water bath canning process. Attendees will leave with a delicious jar of jam to enjoy later, and recipes and the knowledge to safely make jam at home. Class is limited to 15 participants.
